California State Legislature
Separate Leginfo checks for chaptered (signed into law) bills across 9 code sections: Labor, Government, Unemployment Insurance, Education, Health & Safety, Insurance, Revenue & Taxation, Civil, and Business & Professions.
leginfo.legislature.ca.govWithin each source group, we monitor a curated set of official employer-compliance sources: approved/effective regulations, proposed rulemaking signals, official employer guidance, operational compliance updates, and selected local labor-standard pages. CA Legislature coverage runs as a separate Leginfo check, not as rows in monitored_pages. Federal Register agency pages are the current federal rulemaking radar layer; Regulations.gov search pages are not direct daily sources yet because they require a narrower item-level API/parser path. CDPH, Franchise Tax Board, and CDTFA are not direct daily sources in the core HR package; employer-relevant items from those bodies can still surface through OAL and Legislature monitoring.
