What we monitor

Configured official pages and separate legislative searches, focused on California employer compliance.

We monitor a shared set of official sources. Your company profile shapes individual company-specific analysis on Professional and Consultant; Complete receives shared business-category summaries. The source list itself is not personalized.

Coverage includes approved and effective regulations, proposed rulemaking signals, official employer guidance, operational compliance updates, and selected local labor-standard pages. California Legislature searches run separately through Leginfo.

How monitoring works

Coverage limits

Not every local ordinance or regulatory topic is covered. Monitoring is not a guarantee of completeness or a determination that a rule applies to your company.

Federal Register agency pages provide the selected federal rulemaking coverage. Regulations.gov search pages are not direct daily sources; they require a narrower item-level parser.

CDPH, Franchise Tax Board, and CDTFA are not direct daily sources in the core HR package. Employer-relevant items from those bodies may still surface through OAL and Legislature monitoring.

Quiet monitoring does not mean there are no obligations. Inspect the configured pages for the included jurisdictions and topics.
