E-Verify Status Change Report Now Flags TPS and Asylum EADs
What changed
E-Verify's Status Change Report now flags additional EAD categories (TPS, asylum, adjustment of status) beyond parolee EADs.
Who it applies to
Employers enrolled in E-Verify who review Status Change Reports for employment authorization document changes.
What employers may need to do
- Check the E-Verify Status Change Report and reverify any listed current employee using Form I-9 Supplement B with an unexpired List A or List C document; do not open a new E-Verify case.
- If the revoked document number differs from the EAD used for the employee's case, no reverification is needed until that EAD expires.
